Will not meet obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Product: SPARTACUS - Corner Lounge Purchased corner lounge, within a very short time the footrest mechanism bent. It was repaired... eventually. Since that time, the same footrest mechanism bent again, along with the 2 other footrests. The foam is no longer where it should be, and there is a spring sticking out the bottom of one of the couches. Requested a refund under the Consumer Guarantees as it is obviously a major problem with the product. Amart will no longer acknowledge my emails. Edit: Eventually they did refund the purchase price. I had to keep fighting and escalating to higher managers. It took months, and multiple poor reviews to get them to listen. They have obviously spent money getting their Trust Pilot rating good. It is worth adding a review there if you want their attention.

Hi Simon, I just want to say thank you that you give me free shipping for my order. I bought bed frame and mattress for my mum (the one with me yesterday) so she can sleep over at my house.
